Mohammed Bedrouni

Mr. Bedrouni is an international consultant with extensive business experience in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA region). He managed the MEET U.S. program at the University of California San Diego (UCSD), a program financed by the U.S. Department of State to provide advanced business training and networking services to entrepreneurs and senior managers from 21 countries in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) with a strong emphasis on women and young entrepreneurs.

He lived and worked for an extended period in Kuwait for the Inter-Arab Investment Guarantee Corporation and prior to that in Saudi Arabia for the Saudi Fund for Development. He has over 25 years of experience in international economic development and international trade and finance in the Middle East/North Africa region. His experience includes entrepreneurship development, project finance, country risk analysis, trade and investment promotion, and investment guarantees. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Algiers and an MBA from San Diego State University and is proficient in Arabic and French.
