Rachid Bouloudinat

Mr. Bouloudinat is currently the Controller and Managing Director at Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), where he oversees the finances of the largest biotechnology trade organization in the world. Prior to joining BIO, Rachid worked for the Central Bank of Algeria (BA), Xerox Corporation and the Worldwide Retail Exchange (WWRE). Throughout his career of more than 20 years, he served in various business operations, financial and managerial positions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Algiers and a DESS (Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance) from “l’Ecole Supérieure de Commerce” in Algiers, and an MBA from Strayer University, Washington DC.
