Sabrina Mouaki
Chair of the Technology Working Group

Miss Mouaki is a first-generation Algerian American and a J.D. candidate at the William S. Boyd School of Law. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she served as an undergraduate teaching assistant in the sciences. Her academic foundation spans biology, mathematics, physics, and technology. She is also a Sidney B. Williams, Jr. Scholar with The IP Law Foundation, a competitive national program for aspiring intellectual property attorneys.

Her interests focus on intellectual property and the intersection of science, technology, and law, with an emphasis on the legal frameworks governing scientific and technological advancement.

As a multilingual individual, Miss Mouaki brings a global perspective shaped by her Algerian heritage and commitment to lifelong learning. She has dedicated hundreds of hours to volunteer service supporting marginalized and underserved communities and has gained policy experience through a legal internship with a Nevada State Senator.

Inspired by Algeria’s legacy of resilience through adversity, Miss Mouaki aspires to pursue a career in patent law, helping protect innovation and expand opportunities for future generations of scientists, technologists, and entrepreneurs.
