The presentation aims to explain how to create and to implement a mentoring program in an incubator and targets Algerian incubator managers who participated in the Virtual Incubator Training Program delivered by the University of Central Florida in March 2022.

Mr. Bedrouni is an international consultant with extensive business experience in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA region). He managed the MEET U.S. program at the University of California San Diego (UCSD), a program financed by the U.S. Department of State to provide advanced business training and networking services to entrepreneurs and senior managers from 21 countries in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) with a strong emphasis on women and young entrepreneurs.
