Webinar Code of Conduct & Privacy Notice

By registering for this webinar, you agree to comply with the following terms:

Code of Conduct

  • Treat all speakers, moderators, and participants with respect and professionalism.
  • Use appropriate, inclusive, and respectful language at all times.
  • Disruptive, offensive, discriminatory, or harassing behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Follow all the instructions of the host and moderators during the session.
  • Keep microphones muted unless you are invited to speak; use chat and Q&A features responsibly.
  • Use the raise hand feature if you want to speak and wait for the moderator to acknowledge you.
  • Recording, screenshots, or redistribution of webinar content is prohibited without prior authorization.
  • Do not share access links with unauthorized individuals.

The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this Code of Conduct and to restrict access to future events if necessary.

  • Personal information collected during registration (such as name, email address, and affiliation) will be used solely for webinar administration, communication, and attendance management.
