Dr. Belgacem Haba is a renowned Algerian-American scientist, inventor, and technology leader specializing in microelectronics and semiconductor innovation. Born in Algeria, he pursued advanced studies in physics and materials science, earning his Ph.D. from Stanford University.

With a career spanning leading tech companies like IBM, NEC, Tessera, and Google, Dr. Haba has been at the forefront of semiconductor packaging, 3D integration, and high-speed interconnect technologies.
