Eng. Mohamed Kherrab

Eng. Mohamed Kherrab is a Permanent Lecturer (Assistant Master Class “A”) in the Department of Civil, Mechanical and Transportation Engineering at the University of Tissemsilt, Algeria. He holds both a M.Sc. and a State Engineering Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Constantine.

His professional and research expertise encompasses mechanical construction, applied mechanics, and structural analysis, supported by proficiency in engineering software and artificial intelligence.

Beyond his teaching responsibilities, Mr. Kherrab holds significant administrative roles, including serving as Head of Department and as an active member of the Entrepreneurship House. As a dedicated researcher, his scientific contributions include co-authored studies on spatial structures and the vibration control of functionally graded material plates using piezoelectric patches. He also contributes to a multi-year national research project focused on modelling multiaxial fatigue damage. His professional development includes international engagements, such as participating in the Waste to Energy training program at Zhejiang University in China.
