Slimane Aboulkacem

Dr. Slimane Aboulkacem, an Algerian independent researcher of media and digital privacy literacy & Policy.

He is a former Fulbright scholar to Sam Houston State University. His background is multi-disciplinary, branching into marketing, linguistics, Human Resources, and education. His interest in media started as part of a global project with UN refugees in times of crisis.

Dr Slimane Aboulkacem is the co-founder of Oregon Valley Organics and founder of Revive Biotech. Together with a team of scientists, they embark in concussion research with university athletes. He holds a patented drug absorption technology with a renowned medical school in Texas. He holds his Doctorate in Data, Privacy Literacy, & Policy. He has over twelve years of college professorship and scholarship, and was appointed by the Algerian ministry of foreign affairs to serve in the committee of entrepreneurship of the Algerian higher council of youth.

His recent interest has been researching AI, digital privacy identity and institutional laws regulating data collection and processing. His passions are cycling, soccer, and swimming.
